Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility and it's our priority.
At Spark Vale, we are fully dedicated to fostering a joyful and secure atmosphere for our students' learning. Consequently, we take child safeguarding and protection very seriously. Our main focus is to collaborate with parents and guardians, and there may be instances where we need to engage additional agencies and services. It is everyone's duty to ensure the safety of all children under 18. In the majority of cases, the school will notify parents or guardians if a referral is necessary.
Every staff member undergoes regular training and yearly updates to ensure we respond to safeguarding concerns effectively.
Our committed safeguarding leaders are in charge of ensuring the protection of children.
Safer recruitment practices are applied at every stage of the recruitment process.
Safeguarding is an integral aspect of our school culture and permeates throughout our entire institution.
